The service
Stafka helps candidates in Armenia find remote work with US and European companies. It is run by Silkstaff (Paris, France).
Free for candidates
We never charge candidates: not for the CV, not for interviews, not for getting hired, and we never deduct anything from your pay. The hiring companies pay.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give true information about yourself, keep one account and do not share your password.
CV review
We review CVs before companies see them and may ask for details, reject or hide a profile with false or someone else's data, advertising or offensive content.
Company requests
A company sees your anonymous profile and can send a request to meet you. It gets your contacts only if you accept. You never have to accept, and you can pause your profile.
Applying for jobs
We check employers' jobs on Stafka before they go live. When you apply, you agree to share your name, contacts and CV with that company. The company decides whom to interview; you see the status of your application in your account.
Jobs from other sites
Some jobs come from the public feeds of other sites. We do not recruit for them: you apply, agree terms and hear back on the site that published the job, which is responsible for it.
No job guarantee
We do our best to get you noticed but cannot promise you a job. You sign the contract directly with the hiring company.
Deleting and changes
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We will email you at least 14 days before any material change to these terms. Questions: hello@silkstaff.com.
