English-speaking (C1) professionals in Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan with experience as assistants, in customer support, e-commerce operations or finance. We do not recruit in Russia or Belarus.

Why is the monthly price so much lower than in the US?

Pay is set against local wages in each country, and you hire a contractor directly, without US payroll taxes or benefits.

What does it cost in total?

The person's monthly pay plus a one-time fee of $2,500–$3,000 on the start day, with a free replacement within 90 days. Paying through Deel adds a small monthly fee.

How is English checked?

Every candidate writes a short task and records a voice answer; we only show profiles that reach C1.
