Whose day overlaps yours, today

The dial runs on your clock, noon at the top. Each ring is one city with its real sunrise and sunset today; the bright part of each ring is the slice of their working day that falls inside your 9–17. Candidates who prefer it can work a 13–22 shift to cover more of an American morning.

Questions

Who are the candidates?

English-speaking (C1) professionals in Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan with experience as assistants, in customer support, e-commerce operations or finance. We do not recruit in Russia or Belarus.

How is English checked?

Every candidate writes a short task and records a voice answer; we only show profiles that reach C1.

What does it cost?

A one-time fee of $2,500–$3,000, paid on the day the person starts, with a free replacement within 90 days. You pay the person directly every month.

Do candidates pay anything?

No. The employer pays the fee; nothing is ever deducted from the candidate's pay.
