Browsing and intros are free
You can browse anonymous profiles and request intros at no cost. An intro request names your company, the role, the monthly pay and the hours; the candidate has 72 hours to accept or decline.
The fee
If you hire a candidate you met through Stafka, you pay a one-time placement fee of $2,500–3,000, agreed before the intro and fixed in the request, on the candidate's start day. You pay the candidate directly every month (for example via Deel, Wise or Payoneer); we never take a cut of their pay. Optional ongoing support costs $250 a month.
Free replacement
If the person leaves or you part ways within 90 days of the start date, we find a replacement at no extra fee.
Hiring outside Stafka
The fee also applies if you hire, directly or through someone else, a candidate you were introduced to through Stafka within 12 months of the intro.
Candidate data
Contacts and CVs you receive after an accepted intro may be used only to assess and hire that candidate. Do not share them, do not add them to marketing lists, and delete them when the hiring process ends without a hire. Never ask candidates for money, card details or unpaid test work beyond a short task.
Your account
Use a real company and your own work email. We may verify your company and may suspend accounts that misuse candidate data or post misleading offers.
Changes
We will email you at least 14 days before any material change to these terms. The fee shown in an intro request is the one that applies to that candidate.
