Who we are
Stafka is run by Silkstaff, a recruitment service based in Paris. Contact for anything about your data: hello@silkstaff.com.
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts.
- Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for security and to count visits. The logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
- The site and its logs are hosted on a server in the Netherlands (EU).
The request form
The form does not send anything to our server. It opens your own email app with the text filled in; we receive only what you choose to email us, and we use it to answer your request.
Candidates
Applications go through our Telegram bot, which asks for your consent before it stores anything and explains what is kept, who can see it and for how long. Employers see an anonymous profile; your contact details are shared only with your agreement for a specific company.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time by writing to hello@silkstaff.com. Candidates can also send /forget to the bot.
