Do I pay anything?
No. The CV, the interviews and the job itself are free for candidates. Nothing is ever deducted from your pay.
Who sees my CV?
Companies see only an anonymous profile: role, years of experience, English level, expected pay, hours and skills. Your name, contacts and CV file go only to a company whose request you accept.
How good does my English need to be?
For our own jobs, B2+ to C1: confident writing and calls. We check it with a written task, a 60-second voice answer and a live call with us before you meet the company.
How and in what currency am I paid?
Monthly, in US dollars, via Deel, Wise or Payoneer. You sign the contract directly with the company.
When will I hear back?
We reply to every Telegram application within 5 business days. You answer a company's request to your CV yourself, within 3 days.
