With a plan you search and message candidates yourself for a flat $99 or $199 a month, with no placement fee from us. With a split we work on a specific role together and share the fee, or you buy a white-label hire at a fixed price.
No. There are no card payments yet: we send an invoice each month, only while you want the plan.

With the person, directly, and pays them monthly, for example through Deel, Wise or Payoneer. Neither Stafka nor Silkstaff is the employer, and nothing is taken from the person's pay.
No. Candidates never pay, in any of our programmes. An agency that charges candidates cannot work with us.
White-label and split hires get the same free replacement within 90 days as our own clients: we search again until a replacement is accepted.
