Rules every partner follows
- Candidates never pay: not us, not partners, not as a fee, a deposit or a paid test.
- A profile is shared with an employer only after the candidate agrees.
- No scraped or bought lists, no mass messages in Telegram, no spam.
- Candidates located in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan; we do not work with candidates located in Russia or Belarus.
- Contacts and CVs are used only to hire for a real role, and deleted when the process ends.
Questions
Does it cost anything to become a partner?
No. Agencies can take a paid plan if they want to search and message candidates themselves; per-hire partnerships, the sourcer programme and career-centre partnerships have no joining fee.
Who runs Stafka?
Silkstaff, a recruitment service based at 86 rue La Fayette, 75009 Paris, France. Stafka is the job board; Silkstaff does the vetting and the hiring service.
Which roles do you fill?
Executive and operations assistants, customer support and e-commerce specialists, and bookkeepers, for small companies in the US and Europe.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never, in any programme. Partners may not charge candidates either.
