Sourcers and recruiters: introduce candidates

Know English-speaking professionals in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan who want remote work with US and European companies? Introduce them through your personal link; we vet them and look for the right role.

How it works

  1. 15 minutes
    Write to us

Your country, how you find people and which roles you could source.

  2. 2In writing
    Agreement and your link

A contractor agreement with your terms, and a personal link that shows who came through you.

  3. 3Their consent
    People sign up themselves

Through your link, with their own consent. Then a written task, a voice answer and a live video call with us.

  4. 4Monthly
    Report and payout

Where everyone you introduced stands, and your payout by Wise or Payoneer.

How you are paid

By agreement fixed in a written contractor agreement before you start

Pay depends on your country and on the work, so we agree it with each sourcer individually and do not publish a price list. Payouts are monthly, by Wise or Payoneer; no crypto. You can work as an individual contractor or through your company; the agreement says which.

Ask about terms

What counts as your introduction

  • A person counts once, for whoever introduced them first.
  • Only after they finish our checks, including the live video call.
  • We check duplicates by email, phone, Telegram and CV, so the first introduction is clear.

Rules

  • Candidates never pay anyone, including you: no fees, deposits, paid tests or paid CV help.
  • People sign up themselves; nobody fills in a form on someone else's behalf.
  • No scraped or bought lists, no mass messages in Telegram, no spam.
  • Only people located in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan; never Russia or Belarus.
  • Describe our roles honestly and never promise anyone a job.

Questions

Who is this for?

Recruiters, sourcers, career coaches and community organisers in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan who know people with good English looking for remote work.

Which candidates are you looking for?

Executive and operations assistants and customer support or e-commerce specialists with English from B2+ to C1, written and spoken, and some office or customer-facing experience.

Why is there no price list?

Pay depends on the country and the work, and it is fixed in a written agreement with each sourcer. Write to us and we will tell you the terms for your country.

Can I charge candidates for introducing them?

No. Candidates never pay, and a sourcer who charges them cannot work with us.

Is there a fee to join?

No.
