Remote marketing jobs in Yerevan, Armenia

Which marketing roles foreign companies hire for remotely, what you need to know, what they pay and which marketing jobs are open to candidates in Armenia right now.

What the job is

"Marketer" in English job posts almost always comes with a channel: content marketer, SEO specialist, performance or paid media, email or lifecycle marketer, social media manager, marketing coordinator. Companies hire for a channel, so your CV should say exactly what you did, not just "marketing".

For US and European markets English decides: copy, emails and ads are written for native speakers. The bar is higher than in support, and content roles often ask for C1.

Some marketing jobs are part time or project based. They are a good start with a foreign company; just confirm the hours and the term before you sign.

How to get this job

  1. Pick a channel and put it in your headline. "Email marketer, Klaviyo" is found faster than "experienced marketer".
  2. Prepare two or three case studies with numbers. Task, what you did, result — for example how a newsletter's open rate changed over a quarter. Real numbers only.
  3. Get your English copy checked. Ask a native speaker or an experienced editor to review your portfolio: in marketing a typo can cost an interview.
  4. Turn on the radar. Marketing jobs close fast; the radar sends new ones to Telegram.

Questions

Can I work in marketing for a foreign company with B2 English?

For ads, analytics and email automation, often yes. For content, copywriting and social media you usually need C1: you write for native speakers.

What matters more: a degree or a portfolio?

The portfolio and case studies with numbers. Google or HubSpot certificates help at the start but do not replace results.

Is a part-time marketing project worth taking?

Yes, if you need experience with a foreign company. Agree the hours, pay and term in advance and put them in the contract.
