E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist
$700–1,000 a month ≈ AMD 253,040–361,490
Silkstaff · recruiting for a US or European company
Run the daily operations of an online brand from the US or Europe: orders, returns, stock, product listings and customer replies. You work from home in Armenia and are paid in US dollars.
A small online brand usually sells through its own Shopify store and on Amazon. The owner needs someone to run the daily side: orders shipped, returns processed, stock that adds up, listings up to date and customers answered.
Job posts call the role e-commerce operations specialist, e-commerce assistant or store manager. It is often combined with customer support, as in our vacancy. There are fewer calls and more spreadsheets than in a pure support role.
Hands-on Shopify or Amazon Seller Central experience is a niche skill that makes higher-paid roles easier to reach.
