Recruiter, sourcer or recruiting coordinator for a company in the US or Europe: you find candidates, run first interviews and manage the hiring pipeline. You work from home in Armenia.
Foreign companies split hiring into roles. A sourcer finds people on LinkedIn and in databases and writes to them first. A recruiter runs a vacancy from first call to offer. A recruiting coordinator books interviews and keeps the ATS in order. Without in-house hiring experience abroad, sourcing and coordination are the easiest way in.
Remote recruiters are often hired to find people in many countries, not only where the company has an office. Your edge is languages, knowledge of your local market and readiness to work the team's hours.
The English has to be lively: every day you write to candidates and talk with them and with hiring managers.
