Remote e-commerce jobs in Tbilisi, Georgia: Shopify and Amazon

Run the daily operations of an online brand from the US or Europe: orders, returns, stock, product listings and customer replies. You work from home in Georgia and are paid in US dollars.

What the job is

A small online brand usually sells through its own Shopify store and on Amazon. The owner needs someone to run the daily side: orders shipped, returns processed, stock that adds up, listings up to date and customers answered.

Job posts call the role e-commerce operations specialist, e-commerce assistant or store manager. It is often combined with customer support, as in our vacancy. There are fewer calls and more spreadsheets than in a pure support role.

Hands-on Shopify or Amazon Seller Central experience is a niche skill that makes higher-paid roles easier to reach.

Duties

  • Process orders, returns and exchanges and track deliveries.
  • Work with the warehouse and carriers when something is lost or late.
  • Update listings in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central: photos, descriptions, prices.
  • Answer shoppers in chat and email.
  • Send daily sales and stock reports.
  • Do basic tasks in Klaviyo and Google Sheets.

What you need

  • B2+ English with strong writing.
  • At least 1 year in e-commerce or customer support; Shopify experience is required (our vacancy).
  • A head for numbers: stock, prices, order IDs.
  • Stable internet and your own laptop.

Does experience with local online stores count?

Yes: orders, returns and listings work much the same. Show it with concrete numbers in your English CV.
