How it works

  1. Apply in Telegram. A few questions in @silkstaff_bot, about 3 minutes.
  2. Voice answer. 60 seconds in English, recorded in the same chat.
  3. Written task. If you are shortlisted, a short task in English.
  4. Video call. A short one, 15 minutes.
  5. Interview with the employer. You talk to the company that is hiring.
  6. Contract. Signed directly with the company; paid monthly in US dollars via Deel, Wise or Payoneer.

How to tell us from scammers

Do I pay anything?

No. Applying, the English task, the interviews and the job itself are free for candidates. Nothing is ever deducted from your pay.

Who can apply?

People living in Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine or Kazakhstan with English at C1 level. We do not consider candidates located in Russia or Belarus.

How and in what currency am I paid?

Monthly, in US dollars, via Deel, Wise or Payoneer. You sign the contract directly with the hiring company.

When will I hear back?

Within 5 business days of applying. We reply to every applicant.

How good does my English need to be?

C1: fluent writing and calls. We check it with a 60-second voice answer and, if you are shortlisted, a short written task.

How do I know a message really comes from you?

Our only channels are stafka.com, silkstaff.com, the bot @silkstaff_bot and hello@silkstaff.com. We never ask for money or card details. If in doubt, forward the message to us.
