Remote jobs you can apply to from Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan
On 16 Oct 2026 we read 1,189 remote listings from Remotive[1], Jobicy[2], We Work Remotely[3], Remote OK[4]. 542 are non-IT roles; 49 of those accept applicants from at least one of our four countries. The other 493 are limited to the US, the UK, the EU or other regions, so we leave them out.
We do not recruit for these roles; you apply on the original site. Listings come from other job boards and are shown with their permission terms; we only check who can apply and when the working day falls in your city. Nobody legitimate charges you to apply: Stafka and Silkstaff never take money from candidates (how to check it is really us).

How we decide who can apply
A job counts for a country only when the posting itself allows it. We read the location field, the title and the text of every listing (we do not copy the text) and apply these rules:
- Worldwide or anywhere: open to all four countries, unless the title or text says otherwise ("Account Executive (US)", "must be based in the United States", "authorized to work in the UK", E-Verify or 401(k) benefits, a list of US states).
- EMEA: Georgia, Armenia and Ukraine. Kazakhstan only when it is named, because companies differ on whether Central Asia is part of EMEA.
- Europe or Eastern Europe: Ukraine. Georgia and Armenia only when named. EU, EEA or Schengen: none of the four, as none is an EU member.
- A named country counts for that country. "Georgia" counts only when it is clearly the country (a flag, Tbilisi, or a list of other countries), not the US state.
- US-only, Canada-only, UK-only, a list of other countries, "Remote" with no location, or a location like "+ 35 other countries" that does not name ours: not counted.
- A time-zone window in the location (for example UTC−5 to UTC+3) removes countries outside it but never adds one. Tbilisi and Yerevan are UTC+4, Kyiv UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer, Almaty UTC+5.
- When the same job appears on two boards, we keep one copy and count it only if every copy allows the country.

Working hours
When a posting names a time zone ("EST hours", "CET", "US business hours", "UTC+1"), we show the employer's 9:00–17:00 in your local time and how many of those hours fall inside a 9:00–18:00 day in your city, for January and July. When it names none, we say "time zone not stated" rather than guess.
Sources and their terms
We only use boards whose terms allow showing their jobs on another site with a credit and a link back. Each job links to its listing on that board.

Not used: Himalayas (forbidden: API terms 113(c): do not redistribute Himalayas jobs to other job boards, aggregators or job search engines. terms); Working Nomads (forbidden / unclear: Terms 3.1(d) forbid using the Service to build a competitive product or service; the JSON endpoint /api/exposed_jobs/ has no published terms or attribution licence. terms); Arbeitnow (unclear: Terms 2 (Use License) allow personal, non-commercial viewing only and forbid public display; section 11 (API) only asks for a link back. Questions
Do you charge candidates anything?
No. These listings link to the board that published them and you apply there for free. Stafka and Silkstaff never ask candidates for money; anyone who does is not us.
Why are so few jobs open to my country?
Most remote listings are limited to the US, the UK or the EU. Of 542 non-IT listings checked on 16 Oct 2026, 49 accept applicants from at least one of Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine or Kazakhstan.
Is a job open worldwide really open to me?
Usually, but read the posting: payroll, tax or contract rules can still exclude some countries. We drop listings whose text restricts them, yet employers sometimes add limits only in the interview.
How often is this list updated?
Once a day. Listings older than 45 days are removed even if the board still shows them.
