When OnlineJobs.ph is the better choice

  • Budget comes first. A month of Pro costs $69, against our $2,500–3,000.
  • You have time to read applications, test skills and run interviews yourself.
  • You plan several hires: Pro includes 75 messages to workers a month, Premium 500[1].
  • Your day runs on Asia-Pacific hours, where Manila fits best.

When Stafka fits better

  • You want English checked in writing and by voice before the first call.
  • You work European hours, or need US hours covered by an evening shift rather than a night shift.
  • You would rather pay once, on a hire, than a subscription whether or not you hire.
  • You want a free replacement if the hire does not work out within 90 days.

Questions

Is OnlineJobs.ph cheaper than Stafka?

Yes, if you do the screening yourself. A Pro subscription is $69 a month and there is no fee when you hire. Our fee is $2,500–3,000, paid once when someone starts. The difference pays for screening: every profile we send has passed a written English task and a recorded voice answer.

Does OnlineJobs.ph check skills?

Its ID Proof score is about identity, and OnlineJobs.ph says it does not indicate skill level. Skills on profiles are rated by the workers themselves, so testing is up to you.

Can I hire people outside the Philippines there?

No. Worker registration on OnlineJobs.ph is for Filipino workers only.

How do the time zones compare?

Manila is UTC+8 all year, so a 9:00 to 17:00 day in New York is 22:00 to 06:00 there in winter, a night shift. In Tbilisi it is 18:00 to 02:00, an evening shift. Against a Berlin working day, Manila overlaps 2 hours and Tbilisi 6 hours in winter.

Do I pay anything if I do not hire?

On OnlineJobs.ph the subscription runs whether or not you hire, until you cancel. With us, requesting profiles and interviewing are free; the fee is due only on the start day.

Rather skip the screening?

Get three vetted profiles in 5 business days. Pay $2,500–3,000 only if you hire.
