Stafka vs Wing
Wing sells a managed virtual assistant for a flat monthly price. Stafka finds you a person you hire directly, for their pay plus one fee. Wing costs less in year one; after that it depends on what you pay the person.

When Wing is the better choice
- You want the lowest cost in year one: $999 a month for full-time is below our route at every point of our band.
- You need part-time help: Wing has an 80-hour plan.
- You would rather not manage a contractor: Wing manages the arrangement, and you can cancel any time.
When Stafka fits better
- You want the person to be yours: a direct contract and no monthly markup, so from year two you pay only their pay.
- You want English checked at C1, in writing and by voice, before the first call.
- You need real overlap with European hours: 5–8 hours a day.
- You plan to keep the person for years.
