Hire a remote marketing specialist from Armenia
A marketing specialist plans and runs campaigns: email, social, content and paid ads, and measures what brings customers. The person works your hours from Yerevan under a direct contract; you pay a one-time fee only if you hire.
Working hours
Yerevan is on UTC+4, with no daylight saving time[4].
Hours in Yerevan, January
A marketing specialist mostly works from a task list, so full coverage is not needed. From Yerevan, a normal 9–18 day overlaps 6 h with Berlin and 0 h with New York in winter. For US clients, a 13:00–22:00 local shift gives 4 shared hours with a New York morning.
Mostly asynchronous; native-level writing matters more for copy-heavy roles than for campaign operations.
English level
Armenia ranks #56 of 123 countries in the EF English Proficiency Index 2025 with a score of 515 ("Moderate" band). A national average says little about one person: every candidate we show passes a written task and a recorded voice answer at C1 level.
